Values

The Green Party tries to conduct itself and form all of its positions according to its Ten Key Values.

Platform

The California Green Party's positions and stances are outlined in the GPCA Platform.

Our Local Positions

We're beginning the process of spelling out our Green positions on local issues, so that we can work to make them a reality---through candidates and/or activism.

Topics could include stuff like local pesticide use, election reform like choice voting, sustainable land use, open source software in our schools and city offices, or increased use of rail transportation/freight. Anything is possible---whatever your interest is in making the world better.

To initiate a topic, you can contact any active Green in the group. We can adopt positions at meetings, or you can start a smaller group of greens dedicated to that issue!
